In 1975, Wolfgang Mock received a gift on his birthday that would change his life forever: a loaf of fresh, home-baked bread. The extraordinary taste led Wolfgang to discover that his friend's secret was freshly milled flour from a hand-cranked mill. This sparked his passion for fresh grains and home-baked bread.

After becoming dissatisfied with the quality of electric mills, Wolfgang set out to design high-quality, affordable grain mills for every kitchen—ensuring that fresh flour could be easily accessible to all home bakers.

Building on Wolfgang Mock’s vision from the 1970s, we continue to innovate and refine our grain mills with precision components sourced from Europe. Our goal is to make fresh-milled flour accessible in every kitchen and small artisan bakery worldwide.
